About
Art Costello is a United States Marine Corps veteran and mental health counselor who has spent fifteen years building the framework he calls Expectation Therapy. His work draws on the research of Dr. Stuart Brown of the National Institute for Play, with whom he has worked, and on a single conviction tested in classrooms, families, locker rooms, and boardrooms: that the expectations we carry quietly decide the lives we end up living.
His new book, The Expectation Engine, arrives in 2026.
